red carpet sorrows

I'm assuming that no one watched the Golden Globes. I know I didn't, especially it being NFL playoff time (Saints baby!) and with so much excellent VH1 reality programing. However like every fashinista wannabe, I am a sucker for the red carpet. For the most part I thought every one looked atrocious. I actually said "oh dear god" out loud when I saw Halle Berry's hooker ensemble and when Sandra Bullock walked out looking like Jessica McClintock threw up on her. These stars on the other hand, wern't embarrassing... but I got to admit I barely know who any of them are!

Ginnifer Goodwin, Vivian Cash from Walk the Line? What the fuck have you been in recently? Besides reason number 1740245 I committed suicide, "He's Just Not that into You" (horrible.) However shes looking flirty and cute in Vionnet.

**I looked it up. She is in HBO's Big Love. Obviously I don't watch that.

Carey Mulligan in Nina Ricci. Ok this one I cant even front.

Maggie Gyllenhaal in Roland Mouret...Even though the only reason your famous is because of your much better looking brother...(and I suppose that tiny box office flop, The Dark Night) your dress makes up for your... uhh I'm not gonna complete this sentence... (fugly face)

Emily Blunt in Dolce & Gabbana, who I only know because she is John Krasinski's future first wife. (His future second wife will be me). I actually like this one the best. However I heard Queen Victoria (what she was nominated for) was boring as fuck and that makes me feel good.
